Don’t you just love it when a kind stranger tends your garden and mows your lawn for you? Don’t you just hate it when, after doing so, he demands $150?
Dexerto reports that “I want my money $150.” Turns out, it came from a man who lived in the neighborhood — the same man who had previously gardened her yard without permission. Now, he demanded payment.
Dexerto quoted the woman who claimed “I said, ‘Sir I’m not disrespectful I promise, but you came into my yard. You don’t know me. I don’t know you. We never met before and you was on my property and for you to just come on my property and cut my grass without my permission. “I don’t feel like I should pay you because we never had a conversation before this we never met. I don’t feel like I should feel obligated to pay you, right?”
Did you really thought it would in there. If he had the hutzpah to run the con, he wouldn’t give up. He continued to hound her for the money. He left notes on her door and blocked her driveway. The news site offered a lovely picture of the man in a car holding up a sign saying he wanted his $150.
The man apparently ran the same scam on others in the neighborhood. They advised the woman to contact the police.
Apparently, as a nice person, she was reluctant to do that.
